The human resources division of Bay Colony Partners LLC becomes Bay Colony Resources, Inc.

Boston, MA, March 10, 2008 — The human resources services division of Bay Colony Partners LLC has begun operations as a separate entity and will be headed by Jeff Kagy, one of the three founding partners.

Bay Colony Partners LLC will maintain its primary focus on retirement and executive benefits. With Bob Auditore and Gary Cowles serving as co-principals, Bay Colony Partners LLC offers unique solutions through its proprietary service groups, 401Connect and The Executive Suite.

Bay Colony Resources, Inc. will provide comprehensive on-call human resources services, with a specialization in sales force recruitment and retained executive search services. Bob Auditore stated, “As all industries continue to face increased regulatory scrutiny, the need for focus and specialization becomes essential.” The two entities will continue to work as strategic service partners.
